The main principals of ECMC
Ltd are Egbert Louis and Theresa
Alexander-Louis who are also the
joint owners/ directors and
co-founders of the company
Egbert Louis is ECMC’s Managing
Consultant and is a
Chartered Civil Engineer with a
MSc. Degree in Construction
Engineering and Management and a
BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering
from the University of the West
Indies. Egbert has training in
project management by the
Caribbean Development Bank and
is a RICS Chartered Surveyor -
FRICS as well as an IREI Senior
Certified Valuer. He is also an
associate member of the
Chartered Institute of
Arbitrators. Egbert has
extensive experience in the
field of civil engineering
design, consultation, forensic
engineering, damage assessments
and building surveying and
property valuation.
Theresa Alexander-Louis is
ECMC’s Corporate Affairs Manager.
She holds a MBA from the
University of Durham, UK and a
MSc. Degree in Agricultural
Economics from the University of
the West Indies. Theresa is a
PMI Certified Project Management
Professional with project cycle
management training by the
Caribbean Development Bank. She
is also an IREI Senior Certified
Valuer and a Certified Seminar
Leader. With her combined
specialist disciplines in
business management and
agricultural economics, Theresa
is the partner responsible for
the administrative and financial
management of ECMC Ltd in
providing clients with
agri-business consultancy, crop,
land and farm building
valuation, business plans and
proposals. |
